Repairs & Maintenance
Most electrical failures give warning.
Breakers that trip a little more often than they used to. A socket that has started running warm. A light that flickers when the air conditioning starts. Almost every serious electrical fault announces itself for weeks or months before it finally causes a shutdown, a fire or a failed inspection.
The trouble is that nobody is looking. That is what a maintenance contract really buys: somebody whose job it is to notice. And when something does break, a team that knows your building already and does not have to work out how it was wired before they can start.
What You Get
What we do.
Fault finding
Tracing the actual cause rather than resetting the breaker and hoping. Often the difference between a repair and a recurring problem.
Repairs
Boards, circuits, lighting, sockets, isolators and the connections that have quietly worked loose.
Compliance inspections
A full check against SANS 10142, with a written report — useful before selling a property or renewing insurance.
Service contracts
A fixed annual agreement: scheduled inspections, priority response and a known cost.
Thermal checks
Boards and connections checked for hot spots, which is how a loose connection is caught before it becomes a fire.
Emergency call-outs
When something has already gone wrong and the building cannot wait.
Step By Step
How a service contract works.
- We survey the buildingOne thorough inspection to establish what you have and what condition it is in. You get the report either way.
- We agree a scheduleHow often we come, what we check, what we report. Written down, so nothing depends on memory.
- We inspect and reportEach visit produces a written record: what was checked, what was fixed, what needs watching.
- You get priority when it mattersContract customers go to the front of the queue on a call-out. That is most of the value on the day something fails.

Common Questions
Things people ask us.
- How fast can you come out?In Windhoek, usually the same day for a genuine emergency. Service-contract customers get priority. Outside Windhoek it depends on distance, and we will tell you honestly when we can be there.
- Do you work on houses or only businesses? Both. Service contracts mostly make sense for commercial buildings, but we do repairs and compliance inspections for homeowners all the time.
- I need a compliance certificate to sell my house. Can you help?Yes. We inspect the installation against SANS 10142, give you a written report of anything that needs attention, fix what needs fixing, and certify it.
- What does a service contract cost?It depends on the size of the building and how often you want us there. We survey first and then quote a fixed annual figure, so there are no surprises.
More From Us
Our other services.
Electrical Wiring
Every cable, plug, light and switch in your building — planned before we start, installed neatly, and certified safe before we hand it over.
Electrical Boards
Every building has one board where the power arrives and gets shared out. We design and build ours in our own workshop, so yours fits your building exactly.
Solar Power
Namibia gets more sunshine than almost anywhere on earth. A properly designed solar system turns that into a smaller electricity bill and fewer worries when the grid struggles.
Backup Power
An outage costs a business more than the electricity it interrupts. Backup power keeps the things that matter running until the grid comes back.
High-Voltage Work
From the bulk supply that feeds a whole property down to the plug in the wall — we are licensed for all of it, which means one contractor instead of three.
